Frequently asked questions

Does indoor navigation work in the hospital?

Only if the hospital has been equipped and mapped beforehand, and the feature is a pilot. Tags alone work without it.

Do tags need power or maintenance?

No. Tags are printed and only need replacing if damaged.

Can clinic hours be updated?

Yes, in the dashboard, without changing the tag.
