Noor Path provides accessibility and navigation support features, including AR-assisted scanning, guidance cues, and related functionality.
3. Safety Disclaimer
- The App is an assistive tool and does not replace personal judgment, professional assistance, or safe behavior.
- Always remain aware of your surroundings, obey local laws, and use caution while moving.
- Do not use the App in situations where it may distract you or create risk (e.g., crossing streets without attention).
4. Eligibility
You must comply with applicable laws in your region. If you are under the age of legal consent, you must have permission from a parent/guardian.
5. Permissions and Device Access
The App may request access to device features to provide core functionality, such as:
- Camera: to scan AR tags and enable AR experiences.
- Location (optional): to support navigation and nearby guidance when enabled.
- Motion/Sensors (optional): to improve guidance, orientation, and stability.
- Notifications (optional): to send important updates or alerts you choose to receive.
You can manage permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without certain permissions.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the App, attempt to access systems without authorization, or interfere with service stability.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.
- Do not use the App to violate privacy, laws, or the rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property
Noor Path and its logos, content, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, lawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
