This Privacy Policy explains how Noor Path (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Noor Path mobile application (“App”). We design Noor Path to support accessibility and guidance. We collect only what is needed to operate and improve the App.

1. Information We Collect

A) Information you provide

  • Contact information (e.g., email) if you subscribe for updates or contact support.
  • Any content you voluntarily submit (support messages, feedback).

B) Automatically collected information

  • Device and app data (device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone).
  • Usage data (feature interactions, screen views, performance metrics).
  • Crash/diagnostic data (crash logs) to fix bugs and improve stability.

C) Sensitive permissions / sensors (only when enabled)

  • Camera: used to scan Noor Path tags and enable AR features. Camera data is processed for functionality.
  • Location (optional): used to support navigation and location-based guidance. You can turn it off any time.
  • Motion sensors (optional): may be used for device orientation and improved guidance.
  • Notifications (optional): used to send updates or alerts you opt in to receive.

You control these permissions in your device settings. If you deny access, some features may not function.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide core functionality (AR scanning, guidance, accessibility features).
  • Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Debug crashes and resolve technical issues.
  • Communicate with you (support responses, important updates if you subscribe/opt in).
  • Security, fraud prevention, and compliance with laws.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data only in these cases:

  • Service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting) to operate the App.
  • Legal: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business operations: in case of merger/acquisition, data may transfer under this policy.

Third-party providers process data on our behalf under contractual protections.

4. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer retention is required by law. Crash and diagnostic logs may be retained for a limited period to support debugging and improvements.
